Barbadillo Oloroso Sherry

A traditionally made Oloroso aged for many years in Barbadillo’s ancient cathedral-style cellars using the solera system. Slow oxidative ageing gives this unsweetened Oloroso its deep amber colour and aromatic intensity. Rich walnut and toasted nut aromas lead to a full-bodied, completely dry palate with generous, savoury flavours and a long, warming finish.
