WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Delivery is free for orders over £150 with a delivery address on the UK mainland not including Highlands and Islands. Otherwise there is a flat rate of £12.50 per order anywhere in mainland UK, with the exception of the Scottish Highlands & islands, which is £60 (shipping to the highlands is exceptionally difficult, especially with heavy packages). While this price doesn’t quite cover the cost of all packaging and shipping, it is the price we felt was fair to pass on to the customer. We know a lot of companies offer free delivery, but there is a tendency to over inflate product prices to make up for that free delivery - you always pay for it somewhere! We never inflate our prices, so you know exactly what you’re paying for. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?

We will despatch from our warehouse the next working day that follows your order. This means that if you order on a Friday, we will despatch the following Monday. We always aim for next day delivery following their collection of the parcel, but we cannot guarantee or control delivery times once the order has left our warehouse.
