Lightly peated and matured in 70% Bourbon and 30% Sherry casks, the nose is sweet with Turkish delight, pear drops, and marzipan, underpinned by toasted marshmallow smoke. Zesty lemon cheesecake and Campbeltown oiliness give way to leather, spice, and sticky toffee pudding, with the peat smoke carrying through to a finish of campfire embers, pecan pie, and butterscotch.
