A classic Fino aged in cask under the protective layer of flor, using the traditional Solera system in Barbadillo’s ancient cathedral-style cellars. This biological ageing preserves freshness and finesse, resulting in a pale straw colour, delicate almond aromas and a crisp, bone-dry palate. Light, saline and refreshing, with a clean, elegant finish.
