The 2019 Longboard Vineyards Maverick’s Chrome Cabernet Sauvignon is bold and plush, opening with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and cherry layered with mocha, cedar, and subtle forest-floor nuances. On the palate, dark fruit flavors are complemented by vanilla, espresso, and warm baking spices from oak aging. Ripe, well-integrated tannins and a long, polished finish give the wine both immediate appeal and aging potential.
