Ingredients:

  • 4 cod fillets (150-200 grams each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh Thyme

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest evenly over the fillets. Season with salt and pepper.
