WHITE WINE

WHITE WINE

Fermented without any skin contact, using just the non-coloured pulp of grapes. It is usually made with light-skinned grapes, such as Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc, but berries with darker skin can also be used, as the skin has no contact with the wine.

THERE ARE LOADS OF WAYS TO CATeGORISE WINE, WE’VE GONE FOR THE ‘BY COUNTRY’ OPTION.
